Most of
us can’t change. That is why there are more poor slobs out
there then rich people. To accomplish the task of opening a
business, writing a book, or training to be an athlete, takes
individuals who posses the will to make the sacrifices and are
willing to make the changes necessary to perform the task.
To
accomplish your goals you are going to have to ask yourself
day after day, week after week, month after month, do I have
what it takes to make the changes necessary in my life to make
this happen. After a few months if you are still asking the
same question, then you are f***ed. Hang it up and start
looking for a trade school.
If you’re
the type of person who is constantly searching for an easy way
to make a buck, trying out every scam you read about on the
internet or buying a fist full of lottery tickets each week,
then you either become a scam artist, which requires a lot
more work then you might think, or continue traveling down
your life’s rocky road.
Where do
you begin?
The hard
part here is that you really have to be brutally honest with
yourself. Depending on what level you are on your current
plain of existence will depend on where and how you start your
quest for the million bucks. Some of us are going to have to
claw harder and faster then others to achieve the goal of
becoming a millionaire. But regardless of where you begin, the
same basic questions remain, do you have what it takes to make
that million dollars.
Are you
healthy?
Before
you can stop being a poor slob, you have to get your poor slob
ass into shape! For you too even attempt to make your first
million, you must approach it much the same way as an athlete
preparing for the main event during the Olympics, and that
means getting yourself into shape. If you can’t do this, then
forget about everything else and go back to stuffing your face
with whatever you can afford to eat, which will probably be
something bought at a drive through window. You can also take
this book back and use the refund to buy yourself a cheap
meal.
How does
one go about getting into shape when everything else in their
life is coming apart at the seams?
First and
foremost you have to remember that they can not take away from
you what you do not have. You are the one who controls
everything in your life. Whatever it is that is going to
happen to you is dictated by your actions and your inactions.
Simple! No mind f***ing here. If you sit around all day
worrying about things that you need to do to change your life,
then your not doing what it is that you should be doing to
make your life better.
Before
you can go about making those things that you need to happen,
you need to focus on the one thing that you will need the most
to do it, and that is your health. Do not wait and put off
what you should be doing for another moment. Get started now!
Put down this book, turn off the television or the computer
and take a walk. Do some push ups. Whatever it is that you do,
it will be the beginning of you moving on and getting started
to do the things that you need to do to prepare for your
comeback.
Without
going into explicit detail, getting your ass into shape is not
as easy as some would have you believe. The ones that are
telling you that it is easy are the ones who are trying to
sell you something. To get your fat lazy ass into shape, you
are going to have to get off of your fat lazy ass to do it. If
you have to buy something to get your ass back into shape,
then you are doomed to the possibility that you might never
get back into shape.
If you
are fat and bloated, then it’s because you have already bought
into the ads that you’ve seen on television or in magazines.
If you live in the United States, then you have been subjected
to mass market brain washing that has helped to put you on
this destructive path in the first place. Before you can do
anything toward achieving your goals you must disconnect from
the source of this brainwashing.
That’s
not to say that you can use this brainwashing as an excuse and
that it has made you a fat lazy slob. You need to always
remember that you are the reason you are the way that you are.
There is no one else to blame except you. Sound hard and
cruel? Sorry, that’s the way it is. And the sooner you accept
this, then the sooner you will be able to remedy the situation
and do something about it.
Getting
into shape involves two major hurdles, well, maybe three. One
is that you have to stop eating, two you need to exercise, and
three is that you need to find the time to exercise.
I’m not
going to waste a lot of time by telling you things that you
should already know and already be doing. If your fat and
overweight, then you are going to have to change your ways
before you can even attempt to climb up out of the trench that
you have dug yourself into. You need to see a doctor, who will
probably tell you what you already know, then go out and get
you ass moving. It’s really that easy. No excuses!
Join a
gym, buy a bike, and do something about it before it is really
too late and you find yourself the subject of a reality show
about the fat guy who has to have a wall removed to get him
out of the house. This should be your first step towards
becoming a millionaire.
